About Our Practice
Dr. Bain is a Certified Sports Physician who is the medical director of âThe Athletes Compoundâ at Saddlebrook in Tampa Florida. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University and his B.S in Biology with a focus in Psychology from Manhattan College. After a knee injury ended his hockey career he worked as a research scientist for the National Institute of Health. He is an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Since 2002 he has been lending his expertise in the area of neuromuscular therapy, proprioceptive rehabilitation, and functional movement to elite athletes.
He has worked with professional and collegiate athletes from all major sports including, baseball, football, hockey, basketball, tennis, and soccer.
He believes that a complete individualized neurological, orthopedic, nutritional and functional assessment is the key to establishing a world class sport specific performance package for the elite athlete.
