About Our Practice
Our clinic is a rehabilitation and peak performance center. Every person is unique with different types of injuries and different types of physical demands so our treatment plans are individually tailored to meet your own physical needs and/or to match the nature of your injury.
While health and healing remains an inexact science, we believe in practicing according to guidelines developed through science. Conservative management approaches that use a combination of strength training and spinal manipulation have been demonstrated in the literature to be the most effective means of treating back and neck pain and have been shown to help people avoid surgery, even if they were already considered surgical candidates.
In addition, our clinic believes in the importance of empowering people to take charge of their own health. Engaging patients in appropriate strength training and flexibility exercises, nutritional therapy, mind/body relaxation techniques, and stress management, are just a few forms of complementary and alternative approaches that should be included for optimal health and vitality.
