About Our Practice
Dr. Ricker is well versed in numerous chiropractic techniques allowing her to help a wide variety of patients from infants to senior, and serious athletes to pregnant women. As all 206 bones of the body are attached to and kept in balance by muscles, Dr. Ricker employs many soft tissue techniques to maintain that balance. Soft tissue techniques include trigger point therapy, myofacial release technique, contract-stretch therapy (PNF), and massage. Each treament plan also includes patient specific stretching and strengthening exercises as well as ergonomic and posture training. No two bodies have exactly the same structure nor are they exposed to the same stressors. This is why each patient recieves treatments tailored to their bodies needs.
