Driving Directions
Our office is located off I-15 exit in Rancho Penasquitos. Directions: from Escondido travel south on I-15. Exit Hwy 56 west. Exit Black Mountain Rd. turn right(north), we are on the NE corner of Black Mountain and Carmel Mountain Rds. in the Carmel Mountain Professional Park. From San Diego: travel north on I-15 and exit Rancho Penasquitos/Poway Rd. Turn left(west) and continue up the hill. Rancho Penasquitos Bl becomes Carmel Mt Rd. From the coast take Highway 56 east to Black Mt Rd. Turn left(north) to corner of Black Mt/Carmel Mt Roads.
About Our Practice
We have been serving the San Diego area for over 21 years. Our treatments includes: gentle, precision adjustment to the neck, back and extremities. Physical therapy, massage therapy, spinal exercises and rehabilatative traction. Nutritional therapies are also provided. Most treatment plans have a shorter duration and frequency than the National average.
