About Our Practice
Goal: To optimize the nervous system for the full expression of self.
Dr. Sandra Roddy-Adams emphasizes Upper Cerivical Specific Chiropractic for each person. She has additional post-graduate training in specifically adjusting the upper cervical (neck) spine which is essential to optimizing nervous system function. Dr. Sandra also integrates extremity adjusting, modified Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reiki as needed with her patients to help facilitate and support the adjustment.
She is a native San Franciscan, graduate of J. Eugene McAteer High School, and completed her undergraduate education at UC Berkeley as a McNair Scholar. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending Life Chiropractic College, Dr. Sandra undertook post-graduate seminars in neurology and completed a post-graduate program in Applied Upper Cervical Biomechanics through the International Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sandra is a member of the International Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, Special Olympics, and the SF Chamber of Commerce.
