About Our Practice
Waterbury Chiropractic Wellness Center is a family practice located in Old Town, Longmont, Colorado. One block east of Main Street (Hwy 287) between 9th Avenue and 10th Avenue. Our focus is on educating our patients, so they can make a knowledgeable and informed decision with respect to their health, thereby allowing them to live life to its most fullest.
Dr. Waterbury is committed to serving the patient as a whole including modifications in lifestyle. We offer a variety of different techniques to support a person in restoring their health. Dr. Waterbury is a low force practitioner. Her goal is to restore full function to the spine. She practices trigger point therapy and Post isometric relaxation stretches with the muscles to achieve this goal. She councils patients regarding diet and nutrition. Dr. Waterbury also works with patients who suffer with allergies using the technique N.A.E.T. (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique). Low Level Laser Therapy is also offered and allows her to perform no needle acupuncture. She believes the power of the body can heal the body and also maintain it. Especially when a person has gained the knowledge on what needs to be done. It is our job here at Waterbury Chiropractic Wellness Center to help facilitate this process.
Dr. Waterbury has been involved with chiropractic her whole life. Raised with chiropractic as a natural form of health care by her father, she is now one of six chiropractors in her family.
