I use ACTIVE RELEASE to work with various soft tissues in order to restore optimal function through the release of adhesions. The treatment approach is based on assessing the function of each muscle involved in the overuse syndrome. The technique’s applications are varied and can include care of athletes, office and factory workers alike for a variety of overuse syndromes.
Active release allows me to break up the adhesions with my thumbs while the muscle is gently and actively stretched. The treatment is fast, safe and very affective even for patients with years of chronic pain.
