About Our Practice
The wellness center is a very caring and friendly environment. We are dedicated, honest, sincere and responsible -- we treat people the way we want to be treated.
Standard chiropractic care as well as rehabilitative medicine is covered by most insurances.
We also offer complete wellness packages that include applied kinesiology evaluation, colon therapy, nutritional detoxification and massage therapy.
What is AK? AK is a diagnostic tool that utilizes muscle testing to find out where problems are coming from. We evaluate the spine, the muscles, the organs and acupuncture meridians, cranial bones and all joints. Nutrition, laser, reflexes, and muscle treatments are also used to correct problems.
Other standard diagnostic tools such as radiology, MRI, lab work from your medical doctors are also studied.
The first visit usually takes between 45 min to 60 minutes and Dr. Benoit evaluates and treats the whole body. The consecutive visits are approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Dr. Benoit also treats children, athletes, and people that want to reach their optimum health .
She has trained under multiple pionners in Applied Kinesiology such as Dr. Hanicke, Conable(St. Louis, MO ) Duffy Sr. (Ohio), who all trained under Dr. George Goodheart, founder of AK .

Dr. Benoit has a 2 year old and a 4 year old who attend a Waldorf education school, and 2 step children, 14 and 16. They live in Brentwood, TN .
