Payment is accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This information will be kept on file as your clinic's billing information.

All charges for Chirodirectory services are billed as a one time annual fee. If you prefer to make quarterly payments, a specialized no interest payment plan can be set up for you.

Yearly subscription begins on the day services are rendered and continues for one year from that date.

We will notify you via phone, fax or email when your subscription year is coming to a close. Your Chirodirectory renewal services will be automatically charged to your account annually to ensure uninterrupted service.

To discontinue your services, please notify us prior to your billing date by contacting The National Directory of Chiropractic. Cancellations are NOT confirmed until you have spoken to the cancellation department until that time your account will be billed as normal until contact is made.

All information representing the clinic is the responsibility of the clinic.
